A 'Sure Tip' board is a raffle board where each ticket or "tip" has a chance to win. It consists of a semi-rigid cardboard base with rows of tickets glued on it. Each ticket is folded and banded to hide a pre-printed number. The top of the board displays the game name, winning number (covered by a seal), and a serial number matching the tickets.
On the back, there are numbered lines for players to sign corresponding to their ticket numbers, making it easy to identify the winner once all tickets are sold. Additionally, the back includes a form number, suggested prize structure, and price per play.
